Powering our smoke alarm is simple and safe. It runs on a reliable 120V wired power source, with a 9-Volt alkaline battery for backup included. This dual-power setup ensures continuous protection.

When the smoke detector senses smoke or fire, an 85-decibel alarm sounds and a red LED lights up, quickly alerting you to potential danger. For easy testing and minor false alarms caused by cooking or shower steam, we've included a Test-Hush button.

Our product is UL listed and comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty on the alarm itself. This warranty starts from the date the alarm is powered on – if the exact date is unknown, it's advisable to plan for potential replacement.
